Craxy iNTERVIEW

This last Saturday August 3rd Puerto Rico had its first ever Water Splash Festival “KBeat Fest” and I had the opportunity to interview some of the artist who attended. We had the pleasure of having Craxy in Puerto Rico for the second time. Last time their concert was a success and Puerto Rican fans where anxious to have them back and see them perform once again. Thanks to this event Craxy came back to Puerto Rico and we could interview them. Hope you enjoy the interview!

Craxy Interview KBeat Fest:

What is your favorite thing about Puerto Rico?

When we came last year, we fell in love with the food mofongo and Pina Colada.  We really missed Impulse, our Puerto Rico dance team.

Who has been your biggest inspiration during your career?

My godmother is APink. When she was in middle school, she went to the APink concert, and they were a big inspiration for her to become an idol and now she’s here.

Seeing the audience reaction to the concert you had here, what is a song you are excited to perform in the event?

Definitely “Stupidz” since it’s from our recent album.

What made you say yes to come to a water festival this time in Puerto Rico?

It was very fun. They thought ‘Oh this is going to be so much fun’. Also interacting with Puerto Rican fans is very fun.

How did your participation in KCON last year made an impact for your latest album?

We want to communicate with the fans, so for the next comeback we want to be able to achieve that.

Expectations for today?

We want to be able to communicate with everyone.

What is your mission behind your music?

We like to perform music that represents our name Craxy which means crazy and sexy. Giving a crazy performance which makes it unique, and we will try to perform this in the near future.

Is there any theme that you consider essential for your music?

Having more of a strong beat performance wise.

They had so much energy during the interview and where very happy with the fans. Seeing the love they have for their fans made me happy. They have positive energy and work hard for every presentation.

During the presentation at the KBeat Fest everyone went crazy. They performed almost last, even though everyone was tired because of all the dancing and jumping when they came out everyone’s energy came back. They interacted so much with their fans and even performed their latest song Masquerade. They also performed ‘Con Calma by Daddy Yankyee’! everyone loved it! We could see the passion and commitment. It was amazing hearing them sing in Spanish and a song from Puerto Rico.
